Where the building, or part of it, require upgrading, refurbishment and demolition a refurbishment or demolition survey should be undertaken. Our surveyor will need to carry out the survey which will ensure that no-one will be harmed by disturbed asbestos due to the work to be carried out.

The survey will provide you with the identification and location of all ACM before any structural work begins. It will involve destructive inspection and therefore the area to be surveyed must be vacated, and certified 'fit for reoccupation' after the survey.
